Located just outside of Joshua Tree National Park, on the grounds of the JT Sportsman’s Club, this pub is a sneaky good place for a solid beer list and modest but tasty pub fare. Not to mention it’s the home of the Morongo Basin's most popular trivia night. It’s friendly, casual, down to earth, a little bit quirky, and just plain good.
Making Lemonade
During the very slow and anxious times of 2020, Liminal East offered a “logo in a week” special. The Swordfish Pub took advantage, and we’re glad they did. It was a fun project that quickly evolved into a visual identity system. Why the name and nautical theme? When asked, Bartender Uno, Robert smiled, shrugged and said “No reason, really. But ‘The Swordfish Pub at the JT Sportsman’s Club’ does have a nice ring to it.”
